CASA – Creating A Service Attitude.
CASA is an introduction to customer service designed specifically for UNT student employees. It focuses on understanding customer needs, communication skills, and provides direction on how to handle common customer service situations. CASA sessions are TBD for Spring 2017.
*Student Supervisors are welcome to attend but must register to reserve a seat*
