UNT Family Weekend, sponsored by Orientation and Transition Programs, was held September 28 – 30 and allowed 1,884 friends, parents and family members of UNT students to experience life on campus.

Family Weekend is the first big event of the year for students and their families. A variety of activities make it a special time for students to share their new environment with their guests.

The three-day event included: a campus tour, Scrappy Extravaganza, pep rally, dessert reception, screening of The Incredibles 2, 5K Family Fun Run, President’s Breakfast, Parents Association meeting, Mean Green Tailgate and football game and farewell breakfast.
