Spring Eagle Camp

Spring Eagle Camp is a 2-day optional experience and tradition for incoming students that takes place at Camp Copass. Students ride buses from the UNT campus to Camp Copass, where they stay in heated, furnished cabins.
Eagle Camp is led by UNT students and Transfer Ambassadors who are passionate about making the first year of college a success for the incoming students!
Eagle Camp does NOT replace the orientation requirement.

Camp Fee

Regular Registration Fee: $35
The camp fee covers transportation to and from camp, lodging for one night, three meals, a camp t-shirt, Eagle Camp swag and all activities. Payment should be submitted online when you register.

Location

Camp Copass (Denton, TX)
All students attending Eagle Camp must ride on the provided transportation to and from camp.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Refund requests must be made in writing and received by the Eagle Camp Staff no later than the deadline above. There will be NO refunds issued after this date. Refunds will be credited to the original card used to register.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by the student in writing online (using the cancellation form). No cancellations will be taken by phone. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the Eagle Camp Staff by the posted deadline in order to cancel and receive a refund for Eagle Camp. There will be NO refunds issued after this cancellation date.
