Annual Report

Consistent with best practice nationally, the Division of Student Affairs conducts an annual reporting process to capture key data across all programs and services offered on the UNT campus. Data is then analyzed in aggregate to determine how effective the Division of Student Affairs is at engaging students and encouraging growth and development. All Directors complete the template below and submit data electronically to RAP. Directors have the ability to document accomplishments and assess in an on-going fashion key performance indicators for their area. Ultimately, these efforts result in a publication for the campus and a condensed report for senior leadership. Finally, this data is utilized by the individual department to “close the loops” on service delivery to improve processes, events and experiences for students. Any questions regarding the UNT Annual Report should be directed to RAP staff.

Strategic Plan

The Division of Student Affairs has engaged in a comprehensive year-long strategic planning intitiative beginning with a staff-wide retreat held in Summer 2010.  A series of meetings followed which resulted in a five year strategic plan.  Simultaneously, the campus community worked to merge the existing UNT strategic plan with the institution’s research strategic plan.  Subsequent progress reports will be posted here on an annual basis as the plan is revisited, revised and expanded.
