Dear DSA,

We are almost there! Holiday break is drawing ever closer and I know we are all anxious for some much-needed downtime. I hope this break affords you the opportunity to rest, relax and restore your mind and spirit.

As the year draws to a close, and we all begin to reflect on the past 12 months know that top of my list of what I am grateful for is the tremendous work you have all done for the division and the university. Please know your contributions are noticed and appreciated.

A new year also brings us a chance to start fresh (hopefully renewed with many holiday break naps!) and with the hope that 2022 will bring an end to COVID-19. Whatever the new year brings our way, I find comfort, inspiration and gratitude in how our division pulled together this past year and a half to help our students face countless challenges and I know a commitment to that work continues.

I wish you and your loved ones the very merriest, most peaceful, and healthiest of holidays.

Take care,

Elizabeth With Ed.D.
