The Staff Development Committee has developed DSA Ambassador Program to provide mentorship to new full-time employees to the Division. This is a completely voluntary program, for both Ambassadors (mentors) and mentees. We ask both parties for a 4-month commitment and that Ambassadors reach out approximately once a month. We know everyone is busy in their jobs, but we also want to ensure a successful transition to our Division. This will not take the place of our New Employee Orientation program.
