Current Card Swipe Users
We maintain a card swipe user guide and post announcements and resources for current Eagle Access Card Swipe users in the Eagle Access Card Swipe Users Microsoft Team. We encourage users to join the Team for the most up-to-date card swipe details.
New Card Swipe Users
If you are a department that is wanting to begin using card swipe email DSAassessment@unt.edu to schedule a time to meet with one of our staff to set up your department to utilize Eagle Access Card Swipe.
If you are a new individual user in a department that already uses card swipe, the card swipe administrator for your department can add you as a department creator. We encourage you to join the Eagle Access Card Swipe Users Microsoft Team and download the user guide to get started.
Using Eagle Access Card Swipe
Setting up events and swiping attendees at events is managed at https://cardswipe.unt.edu.
Participants can access virtual events at https://eagleaccess.unt.edu
Accessing attendance and user reports is managed through the UNT Insights Dashboards. Visit https://data.unt.edu/ and select the Engagement Data tile.
Departments are responsible for purchasing and maintaining card readers. To ensure compatibility with the Eagle Access Card Swipe System, users should only purchase the MU-B2-6 card reader from ID Innovations. We are unable to re-program or troubleshoot card readers purchased from other vendors. Once purchased, new readers need to be programmed to work with the Eagle Access Card Swipe system.
