I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University focusing on collegiate mental health and I have a B.F.A. in Studio Art from Culver-Stockton College. My clinical interests include anxiety, grief/loss, adjustment concerns, mindfulness, relationship concerns including toxic relationships, perfectionism, self-esteem/self-confidence, identity development/exploration, trauma, body image, pressure/expectations, wellness, and integrative/holistic and strength-based methodologies. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, walking my dogs, working out, and trying new art processes.
