Appointment Scheduling

To schedule an appointment with the Dean of Students Withdrawals Team, please visit Navigate.

Please note that it will not be possible to pre-schedule an appointment during any of the drop-in dates listed below. Appointments times are opened one week ahead of time, and therefore new appointment times are added each morning for the upcoming week.

In-person Drop In Schedule 

In-person drop ins offer same-day appointments for students who are interested in completing or learning more about the semester withdrawal process. Students can arrive at the office anytime between 1 - 3:30 p.m. on drop-in days, and they will be put on a waitlist to meet with the next available staff member.

Virtual Drop In Schedule (via Zoom)

Virtual drop-ins offer same day appointments for students who are interested in completing or learning more about the semester withdrawal process. Students can log into the zoom meeting anytime between 9 - 11:30 a.m. on drop-in days and will remain in the waiting room until the next available staff member is able to meet with them.
