UNT Suit Up Closet

Using the Closet 

asThe UNT Suit Up Closet makes professional suits and business attire available for current students to rent for up to one week at no cost to the student for job interviews and other professional events such as job fairs, presentations, and headshots. The closet is available by appointment. Please provide proof of your professional opportunity, such as a screenshot of an interview confirmation or job fair date.  

Although there is no charge to rent the clothing, students are responsible for having the items professionally dry cleaned before returning them. The UNT Career Center has a partnership with Lee Cleaners located at 1618 W. University Dr. in Denton where students can receive 10% off their dry cleaning service if they mention the UNT Career Center and bring their UNT student ID. Students who are part of the TRIO program and those who are Emerald Eagle scholarship recipients are not required to dry clean the items they rent before returning them. 

Donating to the Closet 

Donations are accepted during operating hours (M-F 8am-5pm) by drop-off. We do not provide pick-up services or mail-in donations for the Suit Up closet. 

Clothing should be no more than 3 years old and suitable for young professionals. Clothing also must be clean and free of stains, tears, or holes.  

The Suit Up Closet is currently accepting new and gently worn professional clothing and accessories (shoes, belts, scarves, ties, etc.) in feminine styles. At this time, we are not accepting donations of masculine styles due to our current volume.
