The graduates were: Emily Bilcik – We Mean Green Fund Josette Francis – Residence Hall Operations Tracy Frier – Student Activities Kellie Golden – University Union Dadrian Johnson – Dining Services David Klein – Counseling & Testing Nysa Love – Student Success Roman May – Union Administration Amanda Jane Vaughn – Housing Elizabeth Webb – Residence Hall Operations The SBB program is designed to strengthen and develop the skills of new and existing supervisors. Sessions address multiple aspects of supervision and provide attendees with an opportunity to learn collaboratively with supervisors from across the campus. Since the program’s creation in 2015, there have been 498 graduates across the UNT System. There are currently around 120 UNT employees enrolled in the program.  The Supervisory Building Blocks (SBB) program will conclude in May at UNT as Organizational Development & Engagement has transitioned to a new program, New Supervisor Orientation (NSO). This eight-week course will replace SBB going forward and will be offered cohort style to supervisors within their first year as supervisors at UNT. NSO will be offered system-wide with the first 41-member cohort beginning at UNT in February.
