Every other Wednesday at noon, come out to plot #2 in the UNT Community Garden (located behind Legends Hall) for Spiritual Life Gardening meetings. Learn about gardening, spend time outside, get your hands in the dirt, and grow food to donate to our local community! Students will work together to learn about gardening and community service as we work to grow fresh produce for the UNT Food Pantry.
All you need to do is commit to spending at least one hour in the garden each week - whether that's 15-20 minutes between classes, or an hour on a Saturday! You can sign up by emailing SpiritualLife@unt.edu or join us for a group meeting.
In the event of inclement weather, location changes for the meetings will be posted to the OSL webpage, and social media.
*All Spiritual Gardening Meet-ups will take place in the UNT Community Garden. In the event of inclement weather, the Meet-up will be rescheduled. Please check the Office of Spiritual Life social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for notices of postponed or canceled Spiritual Gardening Meet-ups.
