I am a Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and I treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma related symptoms, relationship, behavioral and occupational issues.
I began my career at North Texas State University (Now UNT) and have returned after garnering experience in judgement free counseling through hospitals, trauma centers (post 9-11, natural disaster centers, forward operating base), psychiatric treatment centers and private practice.  All experiences have taught me to accept who you are and where you find yourself in life.
I believe that we experience patterns/cycles of negative thoughts and behaviors which require management and redirection. I value being solution focused and forward thinking while accepting and honoring your history. No matter how you may relive trauma or experience events, I will work with you to see when conditions are ripe &amp; ready for faltering and what to do about it.</main-content></item>
