My name is Haley Peña and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my B.A. in Psychology and my M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of North Texas. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, self-compassion, shame, perfectionism, and interpersonal concerns. I have experience working in crisis counseling in a residential facility and helping people develop and practice new coping skills. I enjoy helping students gain personal insights and build the courage to overcome life’s challenges. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, play soccer, scrapbook, and Pinterest new recipes and crafts.
