Share your feelings with a friend or family member. Maintain relationships and rely on your support system. Take Breaks. Make time to unwind. Try to return to activities that you enjoy. Stay informed. Watch for news updates from reliable sources but avoid excessive exposure to media coverage. Ask for Help. Talk to a counselor, doctor or contact the SAMHSA helpline at 1-800-985-5990.   • How are you Social Distancing? Complete a puzzle or Rubik's Cube. Practice and instrument. Watch your favorite childhood movies. Read a book. Go for a walk or ride a bike. Start a journal or a blog. Write handwritten letters to your friends and family and send it to them when social distancing is over. Meditate. There are tons of great meditation guides online. Teach yourself calligraphy. Clean your apartment, dorm, or house. This is a great way to get some exercise! Use Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or other video chat platforms to stay connected with friends and family. Practice cooking new recipes.
