The Mainframe at UNT is an Apple Authorized Service Provider that provides both in- and out-of-warranty repairs for Apple products (except iPhone). Additionally, we can perform data transfers, virus removal, hardware upgrades and more services on Apple computers. Sometimes we can service out of warranty PCs, depending on availability of parts.
Our technicians receive the same training and have the same certifications as technicians at Apple retail stores. Better yet, our technicians are located in the middle of campus, in University Union 111.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you’ve backed up your device before bringing it in for repair. We can backup to your external drive for $50. If you don’t have an external drive, you can purchase one from the Mainframe.

Virus Removal: $100
Screen replacement: $100
*Our Standard Rate for Repairs and Service is $60/hour, rounded up to the quarter hour.
