LEED Certification Program

The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification Program is a way for buildings on UNT’s campus to be benchmarked for their contribution to campus-wide sustainability initiatives. The certification of buildings across campus provides data, motivation, and direction for continued improvement to future and current buildings at UNT. The buildings analyzed through this We Mean Green Fund project include Chestnut Hall, Environmental Education, Science and Technology, Gateway Center, Performing Arts Center, and Radio, TV, Film & Performing Arts.
