2025 will mark the 27th year of Mean Green Fling! Each year approximately 7,000 Students and 300+ student organizations, campus departments, and off-campus sponsors gather to welcome students back to campus.

Check In and Enter to Win Prizes

Check in, by either cardswiping at a station or scanning the QR code and entering your UNT credentials, and you will be entered into a random drawing to win 1 of 5 $100 Dining Flex!

Additionally, if you check in, you'll receive a post-event survey to your my.unt.edu email, asking for your feedback. Respondents will be entered to win more great prizes. Keep an eye out for the survey from UNT Student Activities.

Through this service, we’ll help you find the student orgs present at the event that fit your interests! Sign up by August 10 at tinyurl.com/UNTinvolve25, and navigate Mean Green Fling like a pro!

Non-Profits & Local Denton Businesses

Students attending UNT can benefit greatly from experiencing all of the local and non-profit entities that make Denton unique and special. To encourage participation in Mean Green Fling, we are offering the following specials:

• Local Denton businesses can sponsor Mean Green Fling for just $250! This special is available for entities that are local to Denton, with limited locations elsewhere; entities that are independently and locally owned/operated; and entities that are not franchises
• Non-profit organizations can sponsor Mean Green Fling for just $50! Organizations must be able to prove 501(c)3 non-profit status
• If you are unsure if your company qualifies for either of these special offers, please contact Student Activities at student.activities@unt.edu

Registered student organizations will have the opportunity to sign up for a table at Mean Green Fling, free of charge. Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please see sign up information below!
