While not an exhaustive list, these are the most common UNT policies related to events. If an organization wishes to conduct certain activities (e.g., sell items or bring food) related to the event, the organization may be required to complete additional forms.
Students and student organizations that violate university policy could face disciplinary and/or administrative action, including a warning, fine, cancellation of the event, loss of the ability to host events on-campus for a specified period of time, or suspension. As such, representatives should review and understand their responsibilities. All may be found at on the University Policy Office page.
