All Synced Up: Navigating OrgSync Like a Pro

This hands-on session introduces students to OrgSync, the hub for student organization management. Whether you're a new leader or looking to refresh your knowledge as a returner, this workshop covers everything from updating rosters to promoting events. Learn how to leverage OrgSync as a leadership tool to enhance communication, streamline processes, and boost organizational visibility.

- Access and update essential organization information in OrgSync

Description
This workshop helps student leaders prepare for smooth transitions and intentional
succession planning. Participants learn the value of developing and implementing effective
transitions plans, while exploring what makes transitions successful, how to prepare
documentation and resources, and ways to pass on organization knowledge with confidence.

Self-Aware, Others Aware: Leadership Beyond Logic

actively, and lead with compassion.

Beyond the Org: From Campus to Career

This workshop explores how involvement in student organizations helps students develop
transferable skills aligned with the university’s five core values. Participants will
reflect on how their leadership, teamwork, and service experiences within their organizations
directly translates into success in internships, graduate school, and future careers.
Through guided discussion and interactive activities, students will walk away with
a clearer understanding of how to articulate their involvement and values in professional
settings.
