Why should you join the UNT Parent Association?

There are many benefits to joining the Parent Association, including:

  • 10% discount on all school supplies, clothing, and gifts at the UNT Bookstore on campus (excludes textbooks and electronics). Please note: this discount is only offered in-person at the store and cannot be applied online. 
  • Discount on Family Weekend
  • Parent Calendar outlining important dates throughout the year
  • Monthly electronic newsletters with important Parent Association news as well as university updates

Benefits for students include:

  • Scholarships awarded each spring to students of Parent Association members.
  • Finals goodie boxes which are distributed to students of Parent Association members at the end of the fall and spring semesters.

Terms of Membership

When selecting the membership option that works for your family, consider the following:

  • All annual and two-year memberships expire at the end of August. See the chart below for membership cycles
  • Lifetime memberships are ideal for families with more than one child intending to enroll at UNT.

Join the UNT Parent Association!

Membership registration is currently available for the 2024 - 2025 academic year only. Only family members of UNT students enrolled during the fall 2024 or spring 2025 semesters should join the Parent Association at this time.

If you are a parent of a prospective UNT students considering enrolling fall 2025 or later, please wait to join the Parent Association until the summer before they attend UNT to receive full member benefits.
