UNT Student Organizations (Students)

All student organizations must complete a campus event planner through their organization's Campus Lab account by visiting the Student Organizations website. https://unt.campuslabs.com/engage/
Note: Requests should be made a minimum of 10 business days in advance.

• If you are currently a registered organization and need to reserve a table at Discovery Park or the student organization room (C211), please refer to the online forms provided.
• If you would like to reserve Equipment please be advised that all equipment must be for on-campus use only.

Looking for a way to advertise your meetings on the Discovery Park campus? Our office has a FREE whiteboard space you may reserve. You must be a REGISTERED student organization at Discovery Park. Send us a quick email or stop by our office!
