FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to get my request approved?

We try to get all requests approved within 2 business days! However, If you haven’t heard back after 5 business days, send us an email at dplife@unt.edu or call us at 940.369.5847 and we are happy to give you an update on the status.

How do I know that my request was approved?

Once your request is approved you will receive an email from our of our student employees confirming your request with more information. If denied the student assistant will include your next steps. 

Why was my request denied?

If your request was denied, one of our student assistants will send you an email explaining why we could not approve it and send you alternate days. Remember, when requesting the field or room; please include a backup date that we may approve if the first one overlaps with someone else’s event. Note: Please be advised students and student organizations have priority. If this is the case, we will approve the second date provided!
