Genesis earned her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas. She has a passion for helping students succeed academically, personally and socially. Specifically, helping students make a home here at UNT and remove obstacles that may stand in the way of that through pointing them to resources and organizations on and off campus. When not in class or at work, Genesis enjoys baking, spending time with her dog (Cooper) and family, trying new foods, and being outdoors!
