My goal is to discover a company that embodies a remarkable culture, prioritizes work-life balance, and boasts an exceptional training and development department. In this ideal workplace, I aspire to contribute as a facilitator, nurturing growth and fostering a positive learning environment. I hope to start my own training program one day!
I find it hard to believe that I actively chose my career path in high school; rather, it feels like it seems to found me. I have been fortunate enough to gain diverse experiences that have unveiled hidden abilities and skills applicable to a multitude of professions. I am currently embarking on a continuous journey of self-discovery, exploring how these newfound talents can be harnessed in various job opportunities.
The family and the individuals I encounter daily, be it my teammates or students, are a constant source of inspiration for me. Witnessing others accomplish their aspirations brings me immense joy and serves as a natural source of motivation.
