What did you want to be when you were growing up?

A musician and preacher/teacher.

What career are you working toward?

My goal is to discover a company that embodies a remarkable culture, prioritizes work-life balance, and boasts an exceptional training and development department. In this ideal workplace, I aspire to contribute as a facilitator, nurturing growth and fostering a positive learning environment. I hope to start my own training program one day!

When you were in high school, how did you choose your career path?

I find it hard to believe that I actively chose my career path in high school; rather, it feels like it seems to found me. I have been fortunate enough to gain diverse experiences that have unveiled hidden abilities and skills applicable to a multitude of professions. I am currently embarking on a continuous journey of self-discovery, exploring how these newfound talents can be harnessed in various job opportunities.

Who inspires you?

The family and the individuals I encounter daily, be it my teammates or students, are a constant source of inspiration for me. Witnessing others accomplish their aspirations brings me immense joy and serves as a natural source of motivation.

What three traits best describe you?

Activator, Achiever, Empathetic, Ideation and Adaptable.

What are your skills or talents that most people don't know about?

I sing a little bit! Just a little.

What's your favorite place in the world?

My humble abode! Within its walls resides my beloved family, with whom I have tirelessly labored to construct and uphold. It is here that I seek solace, forge unbreakable bonds, and find comfort.

If you could visit any place, you've never been, where would you go?

Africa!

What do you enjoy when you're not working or studying?

Working out, running 5ks, playing basketball, self-care activities (Massage, spas), church, and going back home to visit family and friends.

The Fred Factor- Mark Sanborn.
