What did you want to be when you were growing up?

A scientist.

What career are you working toward?

A high school drill team director or a Biology teacher.

When you were in high school, how did you choose your career path?

I was involved in dance. I did ballet at a local studio, was a member of the drill team, and was a member of the modern dance company at my high school. Dance was just something I really enjoyed, and I would love waking up to do that everyday.

Who inspires you?

My mom. She's a strong, selfless woman.

What three traits best describe you?

Hardworking.

What are your skills or talents that most people don't know about?

I am pretty good at foosball.

What's your favorite place in the world?

Anywhere outside.

If you could visit any place you've never been, where would you go?

New Zealand

What do you enjoy when you're not working or studying?

Dancing, working out, and spending time with my friends and family.

What are your favorite books and/or movies?

BOOK: The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. MOVIE: Anandam (a Malayalam film).

What is your favorite meal?

Tacos with plantains.
