As the academic year began, sorority and fraternity leaders hit the ground running at the Greek Leaders Retreat, a kick-off event designed to set the tone for the year.
Presidents and executive board members from IFC, MGC, NPHC, and Panhellenic councils came together not just to connect, but to commit to something bigger, a stronger, more unified Greek community. While the retreat was packed with fun and collaboration, it was also a launchpad for serious leadership growth.
Through hands-on workshops, thoughtful discussions, and moments of reflection, students sharpened key skills like communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking. The experience not only prepared them to lead their chapters but also inspired a deeper sense of purpose in their roles.
They learned about on-campus resources to support their leadership roles and dedicated time to discuss strategies to deepen their chapters’ engagement with campus life.
The Greek Leaders Retreat marked a strong beginning to the academic year. By the end of the retreat, everyone walked away feeling energized, empowered, and ready to lead with purpose.
