“There are tons of former foster youth that all they need is a program like PUSH to help them get to the finish line," said Price.

The PUSH program at University of North Texas provides a structured, campus-wide network of support to assist students with experience in foster care in achieving educational success by focusing on the academic, financial, career and social well-being of each student, enabling them to arrive and thrive on campus. The program was recently featured on WFAA-TV (ABC) in the story "The family you never had: How a program at UNT is guiding former foster care students down a path of success."
