Sync to Success: Body Doubling

Sync to Success: Body Doubling is a virtual support space designed to help students improve focus, accountability, and motivation through shared productivity. Using the body doubling method, participants work alongside others in timed sessions to complete executive functioning–related tasks such as planning, organization, academic obligations, and time management. Each session includes mindful check-ins, intentional break, and opportunities to reflect on progress. The group fosters a supportive environment where students can stay on track, build consistency, and achieve their goals together.
Note: You need to use your UNT email in order to have access to this program. You must have your camera on at all times and mute yourself unless instructed otherwise. There will not be any admission after 10 minutes of the start of the program.
