Agnieszka Beavers is passionate about supporting students through TRIO Programs, where she serves as Assistant Director for Talent Search HEB. Her own educational journey reflects resilience and determination. She earned an Associate of Science degree from Navarro College in 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2002.

During her college years, Agnieszka balanced two jobs while pursuing her degrees, taking six years to achieve her goals and graduating debt-free. She credits TRIO programs in both high school and college for providing invaluable support along the way. Today, she proudly champions the same opportunities that helped shape her success.
