Atekeh Sadat

Hi there! I'm Atekeh Sadat and I am supervised by Diana Schaefer, LCSW-S. I'm thrilled to be part of the counseling team at UNT Counseling and Testing Services. With a background in trauma-informed therapy, internal family systems, and brief therapy with couples, I've always had the privilege of working closely with college students and young adults, helping them navigate life's ups and downs. My passion lies in supporting individuals through difficult times, fostering resilience and growth in everyone I work with. Outside of work, you'll often find me playing with my little ones, cherishing those precious family moments.
