Brittinie Jermon

Brittinie Jermon is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and brings a dynamic background in education, leadership development, and community engagement. She holds a Master’s in Cultural Foundations and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations from Kent State University. With a passion for supporting students beyond the classroom, Brittinie is committed to creating inclusive spaces where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead. Outside of work, she enjoys curating creative experiences, exploring new cities, and building community through storytelling and art.
