Dr. Christina Dearman

Dr. Christina Dearman is excited to be joining the UNT Talent Search Team as an Advisor Liaison at Gainesville JHS! An educator with extensive experience in both secondary and higher education, she has connected students with Talent Search, TRIO and other programs, with the aim of early support for continued success. It was through Talent Search in Denton ISD that she was able to begin important conversations that helped guide secondary students towards opportunities in obtaining degrees and continuing into their own present-day careers. Christina looks forward to helping the next group of students explore their future possibilities!

Fun Facts: Zuzu, her labrador retriever, is a retired therapy dog who gets annoyed when Cora, the calico cat, interrupts her naps. Christina enjoys movies, TV mini-series, gardening, visiting art museums, and relaxing with her family.
