Pilar Campos

Pilar joined UNT TRIO Talent Search in April 2025 after previously working with TCC TRIO Upward Bound beginning in 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education.

Although Pilar did not personally receive support from TRIO programs growing up, she is proud to now work within TRIO and have the opportunity to serve students and help change their lives through access to educational resources and opportunities.

Pilar is passionate about learning and helping students access the resources they need to succeed in their educational journeys. Her strong work ethic developed while holding multiple jobs throughout high school and college to help fund her education while also gaining meaningful life experiences, including traveling.

Fun fact: Pilar is a huge baseball fan and has worked at the Texas Rangers stadium for five years, where she experienced the 2023 World Series, the 2024 All-Star Game, and many concerts.
