Adopt-A-Block

The Adopt-a-Block program gives students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in creating a cleaner, more beautiful campus. Your organization or department can adopt a block on campus to keep clean for one academic year.

Getting Started

The best time to request to adopt a block is at the beginning of the Fall or Spring semesters.

In order to participate in the Adopt-a-Block program each organization must sign and agree to the terms outlined in the Adoption Agreement. This agreement will last for one academic school year, but can be renewed at the end of the Summer semester for each additional school year.

Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 academic year! If you have any questions over the Adopt-a-Block program please contact the Center for Leadership and Service, leadandserve@unt.edu or Ciara Williams directly, ciara.williams@unt.edu
