Title: After Christmas Warehouse inventory assistance
Description: Take inventory of remaining gifts and organized them in-store in the proper place by category.
Dates: January. 19-21; January 22
Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.; 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. only for 1/22
Number of shifts: 6
Age requirement: Must be 16 or older and be good with details and numbers;
Plus if you can operate a pallet jack but not required
Title: Bible or Devotional Pick Up & Prayer Team Member
Description: Pray over the family while in the vehicle and offer a Bible or devotional if they don't have one
Dates: December. 14-18; December. 19
Time:12-3pm/ 3- 6pm; 1- 4pm/4-6pm pm for December.19
Number of shifts: 4
Age requirement: Adult volunteers who are Christian and are willing to pray with families while they are in their vehicle, after receiving their families' gifts
Title: Christmas Event Photographers
Description: Take event photos indoors and outdoors and share with CCA key staff afterward
Dates: Choose one or more days: December. 14-18; December. 19
Time: December. 14-18,
1-3pm; December. 19 only: 1- 3pm/3-6pm
Number of shifts: 1-2
Age requirement: 14 years of age minimum with excellent event photography skills; ability to share photos before leaving
Title: Christmas Stocking Designers
Description: Sew handmade stockings for children using specific pattern available; 2,000 stockings needed in total
Dates: on your own time
Time: Delivery on or before December. 4

Title: Christmas Tree Assemblers
Description: Move large boxes of trees from the warehouse; Assemble artificial trees that are delivered to different retailers for Giving Tree
Dates: November 20
Time: 9am-12pm
Number of shifts: 4
Age requirement: Must be able to lift disassembled parts of artificial trees and assemble them
Title: Community Giving Tree Managers
Description: Responsible for picking up tree and supplies, taking to assigned store and setting up; checking on donations and replenishing wish list ornaments as needed; take down tree after the campaign
Dates: Setup depends on the store; mid-November. is usual time; break down station December. 23 at time

Age requirement: Must be adult lead; the second volunteer may be minor
Title: Event Break Down Team
Description: Put away any supplies and clean up the area, setting it up for the next day; clean floor, remove trash and replace trash bags; last day will move tables, chairs, and other supplies into proper storage

Title: Indoor Elf Gift Trackers
Description: Get family's name from outdoor elf and locate gift bag; place in the shopping cart and give to the outdoor elf

Title: Mall Break Down Crew-Music City Mall
Description: Break down a tree and all supplies; take to the mall entrance, load truck and take
to CCA warehouse and unload
Dates: December 23
Time: 8pm

Age requirement: 12 years of age with adult supervision
Title: Mall GivingTree Station Attendants
Description: Assists shoppers in select wish lists, accept and record gift donations and prepare the gifts for gift pick up team in the evening; two malls: Music City and Stone briar
Dates: November. 14 - December. 23
Time: 4 - 2-hour shifts to choose from Sunday- Saturday; the biggest need is 12 and 2 pm2pm shifts
Number of shifts: 2 to 3
Age requirement: Ideal for families with children who can sit for 2 hours and explain the program to shoppers who stop by with questions
Title: Schedulers
Description: Recruit volunteers to work at malls; reserve spots; send reminders and logistics information; find subs when
volunteer does not show up
Dates: October- December 2020
Time: 8:30am- 5pm Monday to Friday

Age requirement: Adult able to volunteer at least half-day Monday-Friday
Title: Mall Set-Up Crews
Description: Load tree, large boxes, and other supplies to your truck; unload items at assigned mall entrance; take to assigned site and set up; call malls security
for tables and chair
