The Epsilon-Upsilon chapter of Kappa Sigma made a powerful impression at the fraternity’s 75th Biennial Grand Conclave held in Las Vegas. Among more than 200 chapters nationwide, UNT's chapter stood out, earning several national awards that reflect its commitment to excellence, leadership and service.
The 75th Biennial Grand Conclave is the fraternity's premier event for officer training, networking and unveiling the latest programs and initiatives. More than 1,500 Kappa Sigma brothers attended the event. UNT’s Kappa Sigmas proudly took home the Founder’s Award for Chapter Excellence, placed 19th in recruitment, and ranked 4th in A Greater Cause hours, a testament to their dedication to philanthropic efforts.
In addition to chapter-wide recognition, several brothers received individual honors for outstanding leadership:

- Dylan F. – Outstanding Grand Procurator
- Anup V. – Outstanding Grand Master of Ceremonies
- Dylan P. – Outstanding Grand Scribe
- Willie A. – Outstanding Grand Treasurer
As one of the largest fraternities on campus, Kappa Sigma continues to set the standard for growth, impact and brotherhood. These national accolades underscore the hard work and dedication of its members, and the chapter looks forward to building on this momentum in the year ahead.
