  • Reach out to former employers and professors for Job References 
• 4 Months Before Graduation
  • Ask faculty members for Job Search Tips and Advice 
  • Update and polish your E-Portfolio
• 3 Months Before Graduation
  • Visit the Commencement Website for more information about your commencement ceremony 
  • Order Graduation Regalia and Invitations 
  • Schedule a Mock Interview with the Career Center 
  • Put the finishing touches on your E-Portfolio
• 2 Months Before Graduation
  • Complete Thesis/Dissertation Edits 
  • Pick up Graduation Announcements and send the out to family and friends
  • Help your friends and family make Travel Arrangements to attend commencement 
  • Create a plan to Pay Down Your Debt 
  • Pick Up Graduation Regalia
• 1 Month Before Graduation
  • Make sure you have a Paid Balance with Student Accounting 
  • Complete Exit Counseling with Student Financial Aid and Scholarships 
  • Attend the Graduate Commencement Celebration
  • *International Students should check their Visa Requirements 
• 1 Month After Graduation
  • Get Involved with the  Alumni Association
  • Update your Contact Information with the  Alumni Association
  • Share your Achievement with professional networks (LinkedIn)
