Refund and Cancellation Policy
Eagle Camp Refund Request Deadline: 2 weeks before Eagle Camp
Refund and cancellation requests must be completed through the online form no later than the deadline above. No cancellations will be taken by phone. It is the student's responsibility to contact the Eagle Camp Staff by the posted deadline in order to cancel and receive a refund for Eagle Camp. There will be NO refunds issued after the posted deadlines. Refunds will be credited to the original card used to register. If you feel that you have an extenuating circumstance, please email freshman@unt.edu.
Waiting List
Wait List students will be notified no later than one week prior to camp.
If all camp spaces are filled, registration forms will continue to be accepted until the registration deadline. Students will be automatically placed on the camp “waitlist” and will be emailed their waitlist status. Once the cancellation deadline passes, we will update as many students' status as possible and will automatically change the student's status to "confirmed". The students will be notified of their confirmed status by email. If we cannot accommodate all students on the waitlist, we will provide a refund to students that are not confirmed.
To be removed from the waitlist, it is the student's responsibility to contact the Eagle Camp Staff (in writing) and remove their name from the waitlist.
Medical Information and Release Form
All Eagle Camp participants are required to submit a Medical Information and Release Form prior to attending Eagle Camp. If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the form.
