Coloring, Stretching, and Releaxing.. Oh My! 3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m Chestnut Hall, Room 160 |
The University of North Texas has so many wonderful services to support students with their health and wellness throughout their academic journey here. However, there are still going to be times when students feel “stuck” or need to destress and take a break independently. There are so many wonderful ways that students can take a break on their own and disconnect from whatever may be stressing them. Coloring, stretching, working on jigsaw puzzles, word games, logic/math puzzles, and simply going for a walk are just a few of the many ways that students can step away from the stressor and rejuvenate. This session will allow students to practice some of these activities, meet students and staff while doing so, and take away a few different activities to start their academic journey at UNT! Students do not need to stay on time or arrive right at 3pm. We welcome students to come at any time between 3pm and 5pm! If you require any accommodations for access to this session, please reach out to the ODA at Disability@unt.edu. |
