About the Legacy Lunch

Together with the University of North Texas Alumni Association, Parent Programs at UNT is excited to host an annual Legacy Lunch during Family Weekend. This event will honor our parent and family alumni with current UNT students at a luncheon and pinning ceremony. We realize the importance of parent involvement in a student's college career and want to recognize your membership in the North Texas community. The event will feature a sit-down meal, a featured alumni speaker, and a pinning ceremony. 

The Legacy Lunch is scheduled during Family Weekend. We hope that participants will consider staying for the day and enjoying game-day festivities on-campus. More information about Family Weekend, including how to register, can be found at familyweekend.unt.edu. Family Weekend has a required registration fee. The Legacy Lunch has no fee to participate, but registration is required below.

Event Date: Saturday, September 30, 2023

Event Time: 12:00 p.m.

Location: UNT Coliseum

To check-in for the Legacy Lunch, please enter through the North Tunnel of the Coliseum (facing W. Highland Street). 

Parking Instructions: Guests will be emailed an event parking permit and instructions the week leading up to the program.
