About Senior Advantage Day
Congratulations on starting your Senior Year of high school! We invite you to spend the day with us at the University of North Texas to learn about our great campus, your possible major, and to meet current staff members and other prospective students like you! Senior Advantage Day is an event created to help seniors connect to our campus and gain confidence in their choice of major, meet staff members, and learn from current student leaders. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend.
Parents, family members, or guests who choose to attend will have the opportunity to participate in a session created just for them!

Senior Advantage Day is free of charge to all students and families/guests that choose to attend.

| 9:00 a.m. | Welcome and Senior Year Timeline This session will highlight what you should do during your Senior Year! |
| 9:30 a.m. | Academic Success Workshop (Students Only) Join us for a session dedicated to students and the discover of their choice of major. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Parent/Family Session (Guests Only) Hear from our Parent Programs staff about how you can best support your student through the college going journey. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Tips and Tools for the Transition Learn specific tips and tools you can use to help make the transition from high school to college as smooth as possible. |
| 11:00 a.m. | Lunch and Tour Rotation Students and their guests will have lunch in our newest dining hall and take a tour of campus. |
| 1:00 p.m. | Student Success Session Hear from admissions, housing, and financial aid as they share their resources and tips as you start the application and college-going process. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Student Panel Hear from current UNT students about their experiences during their high school to college transition and beyond. |
| 2:15 p.m. | Next Steps and Dismissal |
