StrengthsQuest™ is a program created by the Gallup Organization, which focuses on developing strengths rather than fixing weaknesses. By developing their strengths people can achieve higher levels of academic, personal, and professional success. The StrengthsQuest™ assessment assesses and ranks your themes of talent and gives you a report of your top 5 talent themes.
UNT is committed to helping our students discover and develop their talent themes. We provide access to the assessment and StrengthsQuest™ workshops through the UNT Orientation and Transition Programs office. Use the link below to request access to take the StrengthsQuest Assessment. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
The Strengths at UNT program is partially funded by the Student Service Fee. If faculty and staff are interested in codes for full-time or part-time staff development, please contact the Orientation and Transition Programs office. Codes will be provided at the institutional discounted rate of $20 and an IDT will need to be submitted.
Meet with a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach or a UNT Strengths Ambassador to talk one on one about your Strengths Assessment results, goals, and personal development. These faculty and staff members have been trained to facilitate Strengths based conversations with students. Email Stephanie.Brown@unt.edu to schedule an appointment.
Strengths Week is an opportunity for you to explore and learn more about your talents. Learn more about our Strengths Week program using the button below.
