CliftonStrengths® is a program created by the Gallup Organization, which focuses on developing strengths rather than fixing weaknesses. By developing their strengths people can achieve higher levels of academic, personal, and professional success. The CliftonStrengths® assessment assesses and ranks your themes of talent and gives you a report of your top 5 talent themes.
UNT is committed to helping our students discover and develop their talent themes. We provide access to the assessment and CliftonStrengths® workshops through the UNT Orientation and Transition Programs office. Use the link below to request access to take the CliftonStrengths® Assessment. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
The Strengths at UNT program is partially funded by the Student Service Fee. If faculty and staff are interested in codes for full-time or part-time staff development, please contact the Orientation and Transition Programs office. Codes will be provided at the institutional discounted rate of $25 and an IDT will need to be submitted.
