The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification Program is
a way for buildings on UNT's campus to be benchmarked for their contribution to campus-wide
sustainability initiatives. The certification of buildings across campus provides data, motivation, and direction for the continued improvement of future and current
buildings at UNT. The buildings analyzed through this We Mean Green Fund project include
Chestnut Hall, Environmental Education, Science and Technology, Gateway Center, Performing
Arts Center, and Radio, TV, Film & Performing Arts. Read more about this project!
