The 2025 homecoming theme is... Mean Green Roundup, a country western inspired theme to celebrate UNT sound and spirit. Online students can celebrate Homecoming by showing their school spirit and participating in online Homecoming Activities.

Digital Spirit Board

Available Monday, October 6, 2025 - Thursday, October  9, 2025

Celebrate a Homecoming tradition by creating a digital spirit board for Mean Green Roundup! This event is hosted by the Online Student Experience. Submissions will close on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Digital Boards will be shared during Homecoming Week on our social media and Digital Signage in the University Union. You'll need to self-enroll in the Online Student Experience Canvas Course to submit your digital spirit board.

Digital Spirit Board Instructions

  • Digital Spirit Boards must incorporate the theme "Mean Green Roundup" (i.e., western, cowboy)
  • The size dimensions must be 1:1 or 4:5 ratio.
  • We reserve the right to refuse submissions that are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  • By submitting your Digital Spirit Board, you give the University of North Texas permission to share your design, along with your first name, on official UNT websites, social media platforms, and other promotional materials that celebrate Homecoming. Your creativity helps showcase the pride and spirit of our Mean Green community!
