Homecoming Jeopardy: Hosted by The Online Student Experience

Spirit & Traditions Trivia: Hosted by The Online Student Experience

Saddle up and test your knowledge of UNT’s rich history, spirited traditions, and all things mean green! We’re rustlin’ up a fun night filled with friendly competition, prizes, and plenty of campus pride.

Spirit March and Bonfire: Presented by the Alumni Association and built by Talons
Starting at 7pm Scrappy, Talons and the Homecoming Crew will lead the UNT community in a spirit march to the bonfire site. The Spirit March with start at the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life building. It will proceed west down Maple Street, between the Coliseum and Gateway, across North Texas Blvd, then through the parking lot to the Pedestrian Bridge, which feeds directly into the DATCU Stadium North Lot. 

At 8pm the bonfire ceremony will begin with the Talons lighting the bonfire shortly after. Join us for one of the biggest Homecoming traditions at UNT!

Spirit Bash: Mean Green Hoedown
6pm Library Mall (Union 314, if rain)
Starting at 6pm, UPC will be hosting the Mean Green Hoedown. Join us for some live country music, line dancing, games, and lots of fun!

Frisco Homecoming Events
Tuesday, October 14th-Alumni Panel from 5-6pm in room 130 at Frisco Landing. Alumni will talk with students about their career paths and how they got where they are now and then have a Q&A session. Refreshments will be provided and some books that alumni have found influential will be raffled off. 
 
Wednesday, October 15th-Homecoming Event from 4-6pm in room 130 at Frisco Landing 
 
Thursday, October 16th-Campus Clean Up from 10-2pm. Join us for a service project to show your campus pride! Clean up litter and other trash in the Frisco Landing flower beds and surrounding parking lots. Gloves, trash bags, and other necessary supplies will be provided.
 
Friday, October 17th from 4-5pm-Karaoke Night at the Makers Space-Come celebrate the season with Spark Frisco’s Spooky Karaoke Night! Step up to the mic and sing. Costumes are encouraged, and spooky vibes are guaranteed.
