Facilitators also serve as a consistent resource for students throughout their first year, helping them navigate campus life and build leadership skills. As leaders on campus, FLiP Facilitators are expected to model positive leadership and engagement.

Eligibility
To be eligible to serve as a FLiP Facilitator, students must be active members of LEAD Mentors for at least one semester.
