UNT students participating in Sibling Day are responsible for the care of their sibling in attendance. The Orientation and Transition Programs office does not provide childcare for attendees; therefore, it is the responsibility of the UNT student to keep track of their sibling participant during the entire length of the program. Participants under the age of 18 are required to submit a Permission to Treat Form to the office of Orientation and Transition Programs. The form requires participants to submit a copy of their current insurance card.
